How does the monthly management work?
Clients can subscribe to one of our tiered plans, which include various services like regular website testing, uptime monitoring, and technical support. We handle one or two active tasks at a time, depending on the chosen tier, ensuring focused and efficient service.
What if I need more than two active tasks at a time?
Our standard practice encourages maintaining two active tasks at a time to ensure optimal focus and efficiency for both parties. However, we recognize unique requirements may arise. Our Enterprise tier can accommodate such needs. For tailored solutions beyond the standard scope, please feel free to contact us for a discussion.
What does "2 rounds of revision" mean?
Our service includes two rounds of revisions, available for both our Webflow template setups and custom design projects. Here’s what this means:
- First Round of Revisions: After we complete the initial setup or design, you can request any number of changes to ensure everything is just right. We’ll work through all your feedback in this round.
- Second Round of Revisions: Once the changes from the first round are implemented, you have another opportunity to review and request further adjustments. Like the first round, you can ask for multiple changes during this second review.
For template implementations, these revisions are made after the initial setup. For custom projects, the revisions apply to the design phase only. Once the design is finalized, we move into the development phase, which does not include further revisions. If you require changes beyond these two rounds, we may need to discuss additional agreements or costs.
How does billing work?
During our initial meeting, we'll determine if a Happier Flow tier suits your needs. If it's a good fit, we'll offer a secure payment method tailored to your location for your convenience and security. There's no long-term commitment, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Can I change my service tier later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your service tier based on your evolving needs. Contact our team, and we'll assist you in adjusting your plan.
